Conformal Field Theories in Diverse Dimensions

  The aim of the course is to give a self-contained, pedagogical introduction to conformal field theories in dimensions higher than two. The course covers the following topics:  
 
    1. Motivation: RG flows and scale invariant theories.
    2. Conformal transformations.
    3. Symmetries in QFTs.
    4. Correlators in CFTs.
    5. Radial quantization and the OPE.
    6. The conformal bootstrap.
